The trustees are backed up by a diverse membership from the local community.  Anyone can become a member - there is no commitment involved other than being willing to show an interest in what is going on in Lockleaze.   Members are invited to the quarterly meetings and the annual general meeting.

The Trust employs a full-time development worker - Richard Reddrop and a part-time administration worker - Gail Chandler.  Both posts are funded by Neighbourhood Renewal.
