The Cameron Centre is available to hire for anyone who wants to use it to run a class or group for the community. At the moment, the following groups meet here regularly – if you’re interested in joining one of them, please come along to a session. Any questions please call the numbers given.
Mondays:
Gentle Exercise, 10.15-11.15 am, weekly, term-time only
Good music, good company and lots of fun. Venue and class are wheelchair accessible.

Community Kitchens, 1.00 - 3.00pm, weekly
A chance to get together with other people and learn how to cook, share food, chat, make some new friends, and then eat whatever you made at the end. Everyone welcome, from those who want to learn the basics to those who want some new ideas and to share their love of food.

Exercise and fitness/dance for adults (over 16) 8.00-9.30pm, weekly
A fun way to keep fit and healthy - no experience necessary. Exercise and fitness 8.00-8.45; dance 8.45-9.30.

Tuesdays:
Short Mat Bowls, 1.30-3.30pm, weekly
You don’t need to know the rules or technique. Everyone is friendly and patient, and will pass on their knowledge and skills. Come along to meet people and get a little bit of gentle exercise. All abilities welcome.

Lockleaze Voice meets to discuss concerns about the Lockleaze area and community. Anyone with an interest is welcome along.

You are every welcome at this friendly and creative group. All abilities welcome. Bring along your favourite hobbies to do – we also share skills and look for new challenges to try.

Come and have a game of bingo, a chat and a cuppa. We are all over 50 and welcome new people.

Activities and free refreshments each week, as well as occasional trips. Come along and relax in enjoyable company.

Hip Hop Dance Class, 6.00-8.00, weekly
Street dance class for young people – no experience necessary. 7-11 year olds from 6-7pm, 12-16 year olds from 7-8pm.

Dayspring Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational group which meets at Lockleaze the Cameron Centre every Sunday at 13:00 am for worship. We are a Bible-believing group, happy to welcome others to our brief time of worship. We share the simple truth of the Gospel and seek to be caring and supportive to those who may wish to be open to communicate their spiritual need.
