Booking The Cameron Centre
The Cameron Centre offers a large Main Hall and a Meeting Room for hire.

What do you get when you hire a room with us?
Ample tables and comfortable chairs
- Access to the kitchen
- Free tea and coffee
- Toilet facilities including disabled access toilet and baby changing space
- The Cameron Centre is a breast-feeding friendly building
- Free use of flipchart stand, paper and pens
- Free use of large projector screen
- For meetings and conferences: free use of a projector (you will need to bring your own computer. If you need to use a projector, please check that it is available when making the booking).
- Free on-street parking
- Easy access via bus from the city centre (No.s 24, 25)
- Very close to local shops including post office (Gainsborough Square)
- Easy access from the M32 (Junction 2), M4 and M5.
We can also arrange the room to suit your meeting, for example as a board room or with chairs facing towards the front of the room. Please take the opportunity to discuss your needs with us when booking the room, or why not arrange to come in and take a look at the space with our centre manager? Our centre manager is usually available most days. If it is difficult for you to visit during the day, please give us a call and we'll try to make alternative arrangements.
Rates and capacity
The Main Hall can accomodate up to 100 people, depending on the layout. The Meeting Room can accomodate up to 15 people, again, depending on the layout.
Rates are as laid out below:
Private hire – this covers any event not open to the public e.g. children’s parties

Flat rate for hall only £90 for 5-7 hours. Additional hours after this £10/hour. This rate only applies to private hires.
Community events – this covers any event generally open to everyone e.g. classes, training sessions, religious meetings

Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the event will incur a charge of 50% of the booking rate. Cancellations made after this will be charged at the full rate for the booking.
In the event of the Trust cancelling a booking, all fees will be returned.
Parties
We welcome anyone interested in booking out the centre for a private party. However, please note that, due to our license and out of respect for our neighbours, we are unable to allow alcohol on the premises.
Green policy
The Trust promotes a green ethos in all of its business dealings, and encourages users to make use of the recyclying facilities on site. We also ask people to consider their energy needs, for example by keeping the heating down to a reasonable level and making sure lights are turned off.
Internet
Please note that the Cameron Centre does not have publicly accessible internet, or wireless internet.
Photocopying
We have a photocopier on site and can do black and white copies for 10p per sheet on request.
